To start with analyzing the all-life cycle cost of the logistic equipment,this article,which used the improved method of technique economy, discussed the updating of the logistic equipment so as to achieve the scientific management of the logistic equipment.Through the discussion we can find a way of the lowest cost in life cycle,which was a scientific founda- tion of the quantified decision-making for the logistic equipment, to achieve the necessary functions of the logistic equipment.
