摘要
环境因素是一个综合性因素,环境因素对经济发展具有决定性的影响,如何测算环境发展指标,是测算环境对经济发展贡献程度的前提条件。文章把区域经济活动成功率和赢利率的平均值,作为经济发展的环境因素(把环境因素看成如同人力、资金的投入要素)测算指标进行了分析,提出了建立环境因素的区域指标。
Environmental factors is a comprehensive factors, environmental factors have a decisive impact on economic development, how to measure environmental development indicators, is a prerequisite for the degree to measure the contribution of environment to economic development. This paper analyzes regional economic activity rate of success and profitability as the economic development of the average of the measured indicators of environmental factors, proposed the establishment of regional indicators of environmental factors.
