摘要 环境好则人才聚,人才聚则事业兴。优化人才成长环境是人才工作的重要内容,是开创人才辈出、人尽其才新局面的基础和关键。近年来,勘探开发研究院坚持用科学发展观统领人才工作,把促进发展作为人才工作的根本出发点,把优化人才成长环境作为人才队伍建设的重要着力点,努力从感情投入、职业生涯和落实措施入手,创造良好的人才成长环境,促进人才队伍的稳定与发展,对江汉油田的平稳快速发展起到了推动作用。 Nice environment causes talent together, talent together causes enterprise prosperity. Optimizing the growth environment of talent is an important content for the talent resources work, and is also the base and key to create a new situattion for talent multiplied and showing their gifts fully. In recent years, the Institute adhere to the scientific development concept to guide the human resources work, take the promotion of human resources development as thefundamental starting point, optimize the growth environment of talent as an important point of strength for talent-building, starting from the emotional investment, career and implementation of measures to create a good environment for the growth of talent and promoting the stability and development of talent team, and play a role in promoting the stable and rapid development of Jianghan Oilfield.
