摘要
微小钻头钻孔方法广泛应用于精密微小孔的加工领域。根据新型螺旋面钻头和平面钻头的数学模型,在微小钻头CAD系统的基础上,为提高钻削性能开发了新型螺旋面钻尖微小钻头,与平面钻尖微小钻头对比,利用系统仿真分析了两种微小钻头钻尖的几何特性,包括主切削刃上刀具角度,横刃上刀具角度,以及后刀面上尾隙角的分布情况对比。仿真结果表明,新型螺旋面钻尖微小钻头比平面钻尖微小钻头具有更好的钻削性能。
Micro -drill drilling is widely used in the processing field of precision micro -void. According to the mathematical models of new helical drills and planar drills, a module of compare for new helical micro - drills and planar drills was developed based on the Micro - drill CAD System. The geometrical characteristics of the two micro -drill points were analyzed through computer simulation, including cutting angle distribution along the primary cutting edges, cutting angle distribution along the chisel edge, and heel clearance angle distribution over the flank area. The simulation results show that the new helical micro - drill possesses a better cutting performance than the planar micro - drill.
