咪唑啉、噁唑啉类化合物的合成及其降压活性研究 被引量:3

摘要 为寻找新的抗高血压药物,设计合成了十六个咪唑啉类、唑啉类衍生物。所有目的化合物均未见文献报道,其结构经红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、质谱和元素分析确证。初步药理活性研究表明化合物Ⅰb、Ⅰc、Ⅰd、Ⅴa、Ⅴb和Ⅴe具有一定的降压活性,其中化合物Ⅰc。 In order to search for the new drug with high antihypertensive potency, sixteen imidazoline and oxazoline derivatives were designed and synthesized All the target compounds are not seen to have been reported but their structures were identified by IR, 1HNMR, MS and elemental analysis Meanwhile, these compounds were tested for the antihypertensive activity in rats The results showed that the compounds Ⅰb, Ⅰc, Ⅰd, Ⅴa, Ⅴb and Ⅴe possessed varing antihypertensive activity, and the compounds Ⅰc, Ⅰd and Ⅴb had marked antihypertensive activity
