摘要 针对数字电路测试诊断需求,以数字电路中较为复杂的时序电路测试为侧重点,将含有CPU、FPGA的数字电路作为测试对象,结合目前常用的时序电路仿真方法,设计了一套基于PXI总线的小型化电路板测试诊断系统,解决了以往电路板测试设备性价比低、体积大、难携带、TPS开发难度大等问题,并进行了系统的应用实验,结果表明该系统具有可靠性高、操作性好、扩展性强等特点,能够快速准确地将故障定位到数字电路板的最小可更换单元,可有效提高我军装备机动保障的能力,符合装备综合保障的未来发展要求。 This chapter pitches test and diagnosis requirements of digital circuit, especially complex clock circuit. According to clock circuit simulation means, a suit of Portable Digital Circuit Test and Fault Diagnosis System based on PXI bus is designed, in which digital circuit with CPU and FPGA is UUT. And so many problems are resolved, such as low proportion between capability and price, large size, discommodious transit, and complex TPS building progress in circuit board test equipment. Application experiment proves this system is of high reliability, excellent maneuverability and strong expansibility, can find the fault of Digital Circuit board fast and accurately, improve mobile support ability of military equipment efficiently, accord with the future requirement of synthetical support.
