In MIS developing period, vigorously using software engineering knowledge is highly recommended. A quick prototype tool can extract user＇s requirements more accurately; We need to pay attention on user side＇s business logic, integrate them into our MIS, and it can also improve user＇s management efficiency, reduce the cost of management. A coding guideline will decrease the maintaining expense in the future. A long period of programming consistency will keep people＇s thinking behaviour and increase developing efficiency.
