摘要
为了改善脑血管病患者肌肉功能障碍,提高患者的肢体运动功能,研究设计了一台基于脑血管病患者功能性电刺激治疗仪;该仪器是以51系列增强型的单片机P80C552为核心,设计了以语音控制功能、液晶显示功能和脉冲电刺激功能为一体的硬件系统,以C语言编程方法为主的软件控制程序,并嵌入了多种治疗算法;通过单片机设定并显示刺激脉冲的波形、频率、宽度、幅值以及刺激的持续时间,并采用了AC-TO-AC转换器件得到刺激电路所需要的供电电压,它能够输出双向的电刺激脉冲,避免了因电刺激而产生的人体组织极化;通过对该仪器的研发,希望对增强脑血管病患者的肌力、恢复手部抓握动作有一定疗效。
In order to improve the muscle function handicap and enhance the body movement function of the cerebrovascular disease patient, a functional electrical stimulation (FES) therapeutic apparatus is developed. The instrument, based on the S1 series fortified SCM- P80C552, is a holistic hardware system consisting the parts of the phonetic control, LCD display and pulse electrical stimulation. Through C language programming method, embedded lots of cure arithmetic, the vital manipulative procedure software is worked out. This instrument sets and displays the waveform, the frequency, the pulse width, the value of amplitude and the stimulation duration of the stimulation pulse through SCM. The apparatus uses AC-to-AC converter to provide power for electrical stimulation circuit, which can output bidirectional square electronic pulse to avoid human organism polarization owing to the electrical stimulation. By the instrumental investigation, we hope that it has certain curative effect in strengthening the cerebrovascular disease patient's myodynamia and restoring the grasping comportment of hands.
