浅谈现代工科高校实验设备及人员管理

Management pattern discussion on laboratory equipments and staff in modern universities of engineering

高校实验室不仅是进行知识创新和创造型人才培养的重要基地,而且是促进国民经济增长的技术源泉和重要动力。目前,我国许多高校实验室呈现设备高端化和人员高学历化的"双高"形势,但是,高校实验室的管理体制却相对落后,严重阻碍了实验室的发展水平。基于上述考虑,本文分析了当前我国工科高校实验室设备及人员管理中存在的一些问题,并为高校实验室管理方法改革提出对策和建议。

Laboratories in modern engineering colleges and universities are not only the significant base for knowledge innovation and creative talents training, but also the technical headspring and the important power for country economy increase. At the present time, both the equipments of high-end and the personnel of high-level education assemble in many colleges and universities laboratories and this ＂twin highness＂ trend is stronger than before. Whereas the administration system gets behind comparatively which limits the development progress of modern laboratories in engineering colleges and universities evidently. Based on the above facts, several problems in laboratory equipments and staff managements are analyzed and corresponding countermeasures and advise are put forward in this paper.
