本文首先介绍了学生创新和实践能力培养的依据,从实践教学一条线、研究性教学和研究性学习融合两方面构建了培养目标,根据培养目标和专业特点提出了具体的改革方法、实现内容和途径,实现学生综合能力的培养,满足社会对人才的需求,提高了整体教学质量和人才培养质量,取得较好的教学效果。

Innovation object is constructed based on one line teaching and integration of research-oriented teaching and research-oriented learning after the basis of innovation and practice ability of students is introduced. The reform, implementation and approach are put forward according to cultivation object and major characteristics which innovate the comprehensive ability of students and satisfy the need of society. The implementation ways pointed out by us are applied in teaching activity which improve the teaching quality, training quality and achieve better teaching effects.
