摘要
未来,手机、摄像机等图像摄取设备和光学测量仪器将继续向小型化发展。因此,光学部件的小型化也会得到极大的发展。为了制作微米尺寸的玻璃透镜,首先要研究制造微米尺寸,甚至于纳米尺寸玻璃球的制备方法。本研究使用激光作为热源,在玻璃纤维的前端制作微小尺寸的玻璃球,为将来制作微米尺寸的玻璃透镜提供前提条件。
In the future,mobile,camera and optics measure machine will be miniaturize.Miniaturization of optical component also will obtain enormous development.It is necessary to research a method of molding micro size,even nanometer size ball for manufacture a micro size glass lens.This research used the laser as the heat source and made the small size ball on the frontend of the fiber,which will be advantageous with molding a micro size glass lens in the future.
