纸浆模塑四棱台状单元最大载荷与主要结构参数的关系研究

Study on Relation between Maximal Load and Main Structural Parameters of Quadrangular Frustum Pyramid Cell of Molded Pulp

本研究在采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元软件,利用计算机模拟结构单元静态压缩试验的基础上,结合试验设计和数据分析理论,得到了影响纸浆模塑四棱台状结构单元最大载荷的主要结构参数,以及它们之间的数学模型,对进一步探讨纸浆模塑缓冲衬垫设计方法有着重要的意义。

Through carrying out static compression test of structure element by ANSYS/LS-DYNA finite element software on computer simulation, combining test design with theory analysis of data, the main structural parameters affecting maxima/load of paper-pulp moulding with quadrangular frustum pyramid cell and the relation between them were found.
