摘要
对螺旋转子建模原理及其端面型线进行了分析说明,应用解析几何原理对转子螺旋面的几何特性进行了定量分析,并结合数控加工原理及微分几何推出了基于球刀铣削的转子螺旋面四轴加工刀位数据计算方法,并对产生的刀位数据进行了后置处理,生成了相应的数控代码,在实际加工中得到了验证。
The modeling principles and shaped conductor of head face of helical rotor is analyzed. It is carried out quantitative analysis of geometry characteristics of the rotor helicoid with the analytic geometry theory, and the tool position design procedure of the rotor helicoid based on ball cutter is deduced by using the numerical control processing principle and the differential geometry theory. The tool position data, which is post processor, is transformed to NC code, and verified in the machining.
