Design and Clinical Application of Multipurpose Adjustable Aiming Device for Orthopaedics

目的为骨科临床治疗研制一种多用途骨圆针穿针瞄准器。方法行骨牵引术、内固定术等病例35例,通过使用多用途可调节骨科瞄准器进行手术治疗。结果所有病例均由进针点钻入,一次性从定位点位置穿出,无1例出现偏差。结论本瞄准器不但结构简单、操作灵活、定位准确、瞄准效果可靠、而且具有临时固定的功能。

Objective Design a multipurpose adjustable aiming device with osseous pin for orthopaedics.Methods Thirty-five cases with skeletal traction or internal fixation used the multipurpose adjustable aiming device.Results All cases proved that the device can help the pin drill into and out through accurate points.Conclusion The device has not only simple structure,flexible control,accurate position,credible aiming,but also temporary fixation capability.
