NO供体诱导心肌后期预适应的效应蛋白研究

Advances in Effecter Proteins in Cardioprotection of Late Preconditioning Induced by NO Donors

摘要 综述了目前国内对NO供体(硝酸酯类等)药物对心肌后期预适应保护作用的效应蛋白的研究进展,综述了NO供体诱导后期预适应的效应蛋白如诱导型一氧化氮合成酶、线粒体敏感钾离子通道、超氧化物歧化酶锰-SOD、环氧化物酶-2、热休克蛋白70和抗凋亡蛋白Bcl-2等的种类和特点,为新的NO供体和硝酸酯类药物诱导后期预适应的研究提供参考。 Based on the relevant research papers,reports and reviews,the advances in the study of cardioprotection effecter proteins of nitric oxide donor-induced late preconditioning were studied.This will provide reference for the research of NO donors-induced late preconditioning.
