Survivin和MMP-9在骨肉瘤中的表达及意义 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨骨肉瘤中Survivin和MMP-9的表达及其意义。方法应用免疫组化法检测89例骨肉瘤及40例良性骨肿瘤中Survivin及MMP-9的表达。结果Survivin和MMP-9在骨肉瘤中表达的阳性率明显高于良性骨肿瘤,在不同软组织浸润及不同Ennecking分期的比较中,两种蛋白的表达差异有统计学意义。结论骨肉瘤中Survivin及MMP-9高表达,两者在骨肉瘤发展及判断预后中可能有重要价值。
