眼球内常见病变的CT诊断

CT Diagnosis of Intraocular Lesions

目的本文回顾性分析25例眼球内病变的CT表现,以期进一步提高对眼球病变的认识。方法25例病人均行CT平扫和增强,使用日本东芝公司生产的单螺旋CT。结果视网膜母细胞瘤9例,表现为眼球内高密度肿块、钙斑及球外侵犯;脉络膜黑色素瘤6例,表现为眼球后部肿块,多明显强化;Coat’s病2例,表现为眼球玻璃体内密度弥漫性增高,CT值60～88HU;转移瘤4例,表现为眼球后壁扁平局限性增厚,向球内隆起;视网膜剥离4例,表现为眼底弧形隆起,尖端呈"V"形,汇集于视神经入眼底处。结论CT是发现和诊断眼球内病变的重要检查手段,对绝大多数疾病可做出正确诊断。

Objective To make a retrospective analysis of CT findings of 25 cases of eye lesions in an attempt to enhance the understanding of eye lesions. Methods Plain CT scan and contrast CT scan were carried out in 25 patients with a single-spiral CT made by Japanese Toshiba Corporation. Results Nine cases were retinoblastoma, with high-density mass within the eye, calcium spots, and the violations outside the ball, 6 cases of choroidal melanoma showed the mass in the back part of the eye, more obviously enhanced, 2 cases of coats disease showed diffuse increased density within the eye glass with CT value from 60 to 88 HU,4 cases of matastosis showed the thickened flat limitation in the posterior wall of the eyeball,making a bulge towards the eyeball and 4 cases of retinal detachment showed the fundus arc uplifts with ＂V＂- shaped cutting-edge, pooling at the entrance of the optic nerve into the fundus. Conclusion CT is in an important examination means for the detection and diagnosis of eye lesions, and a correct diagnosis of the vast majority of eye diseases can be made by using CT.
