盐酸法舒地尔治疗蛛网膜下腔出血后迟发脑血管痉挛 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察新药盐酸法舒地尔(FSD)治疗蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)后迟发脑血管痉挛(CVS)的疗效。方法将70例蛛网膜下腔出血后迟发脑血管痉挛患者随机分为对照组35例和治疗组35例。治疗组:FSD30mg+5%GS40mL/次,3次/d;对照组:尼莫地平8mg/次,3次/d。进行经颅多普勒超声检查(TCD)评估CVS改善及预后。结果治疗组与对照组TCD流速及治疗有效率无统计学差异。盐酸法舒地尔对电解质和血、尿、便常规及肝、肾功能没有任何影响。结论盐酸法舒地尔是一种安全有效的治疗蛛网膜下腔出血后迟发脑血管痉挛的药物。
