外耳道胆脂瘤治疗方法与预后关系

The Correlation of Treatment of External Auditory Canal Cholesteatoma to Prognosis

目的观察与探讨外耳道胆脂瘤的治疗方法及与预后的关系。方法Ⅰ期外耳道胆脂瘤在无麻醉的情况下取出胆脂瘤,氯霉素粉外耳道局部搁置24h;Ⅱ期手术治疗;并实施保健教育。对患者预后进行三年观察追踪。结果Ⅰ期66耳无复发,扩大的外耳道有不同程度的好转,听力提高。用logistic回归分析,复发与病程和是否受到健康教育有关(P<0.05)。结论外耳道胆脂瘤的治疗方法可行,早期治疗、加强健康教育是预防疾病复发的重要因素。

Objective Observation and Discussion on the correlation of treatment of external auditory canal cholesteatoma to Prognosis. Methods In Phase I treatment of external auditory canal eholesteatoma, after the cholesteatoma has been removed without anesthesia, the external auditory canal is applied with chloramphenicol powder which remains for 24 hours. Phase II is the surgical treatment and health care information will he communicated to patients. A three-year prognosis observation and follow-up has been conducted with patients. Results After Phase I treatment,in 66cases there is no recurrence;there have been varying degrees of improvement in the expanded external auditory canals;and there has been improvement in the hearing ability of the patients.By logistic correlation analysis, recurrence has correlation with the course of disease and whether the patient has received relevant health care education（P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion The treatment method of external auditory canal cholesteatoma is feasible. Treatment at an early stage and strengthening health education are important factors in preventing disease from recurring.
