摘要 观察了二甲亚砜(DMSO)的抗庆大霉素(GM)所致豚鼠耳蜗损伤及抗脂质过氧化作用.结果表明,DMSO能显著改善GM所致耳蜗听功能及毛细胞超微结构的损伤,升高耳蜗超氧化物歧化酶活性,减少丙二醛生成.提示由氧自由基所致的脂质过氧化可能是GM耳蜗毒性机理之一,GMSO对GM耳蜗毒性的保护作用与保护氧自由基清除酶的活性。 The correlation between the protection of dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) against cochlear damage caused by gentamicin (GM) and the inhibition of oxygen free radicals and lipid peroxidation was observed in guinea pigs. The results showed that DMSO significantly protected the auditory function and structure of hair cells from GM cochlear toxicity, the cochlear superoxide dismutase activity was increased and the malondialdehyde content was reduced. The beneficial effects of DMSO on cochlear injury are probably resulted from its protection of the free radical scavenging enzyme activity and the prevention of biomembrane from lipid peroxidation.
