摘要
针对传统集装箱底板用材阿必东等热带硬木日益减少的现状,提出了采用杨木复合材料作为集装箱底板的结构设计,并对其组坯、热压等工艺进行了研究,通过成本及性能对比,证明其结构的可行性。
Based on the current situation of the reduction of the traditional container flooring materials such as apitong and other kind of tropical hardwoods, this thesis raised the structure design on the container flooring with aspen composite material. It mainly studied the lay-up, hot pressing and other processes, and according to the contract between the costs and performances, this design was approved to be feasible.
