摘要
二级扬程80m的森林灭火消防泵主要靠轴承来平衡轴向力,运行过程中泵的噪声和振动较大,轴承磨损严重。改进设计后的三级120m扬程、四级160m扬程泵的轴向力更大,故应考虑加装轴向力平衡装置。结合消防泵的自身特点,介绍几种可行的轴向力平衡方法,为进一步改进消防泵提供参考。
The axial force of a second-stage forest fire pump with an 80-meter lift is mainly balanced by means and during the operation of the pump, loud noise and violent vibration can cause serious wear of the bearings. The pump with a 120-meter lift and the four-stage pump with a 160-meter lift based on a improved design have l^ge~ axial force and therefore it is necessary to install an axial force balancing device. Considering the characteristics, several feasible axial force balancing methods are introduced, which provides reference for further improvement.
