摘要
以均三甲苯为原料,经氯甲基化、氰化和碱性水解反应,中间体不纯化分离,得到目标化合物。总收率达到78%,含量99%以上。对反应过程中产生的副产物进行了分离和结构表征。
Mesitylacetic acid was obtianed from mesitylene via chloromethylation, cyanidation and basic hydrolysis. The yield and purity of the product was 78% and 99%, respectively. In additions, the by-products were and characterized.
