依靠科技做好草原大文章

Making Great Efforts to Write a Large Composition Based on Science and Technique

做好草原大文章,是一项关系国家生态安全、粮食安全、农产品质量安全、生态文明建设、草原地区经济发展和社会稳定的大事业。为此,围绕切实做好草原大文章,从战略高度出发系统论述了三个命题:(1)做好草原大文章是时代赋予的历史使命;(2)树立"大资源、大区域、大投入和大发展"的观念做好草原大文章;(3)重点抓好三大草原建设和发展工程。

Making great efforts to write a large composition is a great cause related to national ecological safety,food safety,agricultural products quality safety,ecological civilization construction,economy development and social stabilization in grassland area.Therefore,three propositions were systematically expounded focused on making great efforts to write a large composition from strategic level：（1） making great efforts to write a large composition is a historical mission entrusted by the age;（2） the sense of large resources,large area,great input and great development should be set up to make a great efforts to write a large composition;（3）focal point of three great grassland construction and development projects should be done well in great efforts.
