摘要
采用无机碳酸钙和有机胶体对反渗透膜进行了污染试验,测试了污染过程中膜性能的变化趋势。结果表明,2种污染都会导致膜通量的下降,无机碳酸钙污染发展到一定程度会降低膜元件的脱盐率,有机胶体污染能提高膜元件的脱盐率。清洗试验和SEM电镜照片结果显示,2种膜污染中的不可逆污染占80%以上。
The pollution experiments of reverse osmosis were carried out by using inorganic calcium carbonate and organic colloidal. The trend of membrane performance were tested, respectively. The experimental results showed that both the two kinds of pollution could lead to a decline in flux. When the pollution of inorganic calcium carbonate developed to a certain degree, the rate of desalination would reduce. However, colloidal organic pollution could increase the rate of desalination. Cleaning experiments and SEM pictures showed: more than 80% were irreversible pollution in the two kinds of membrane fouling.
