摘要
为在常温启动运行条件下,探索简便、实用、可靠的内循环式厌氧反应器(IC)颗粒污泥的培养途径,缩短IC反应器启动时间,以葡萄糖模拟废水作为IC进水,逐渐增大进水有机物含量和流量,研究了启动过程的运行参数、影响因素及颗粒污泥的形成效果。结果表明,IC在70d内完成启动,在30d的时间内可实现了污泥的颗粒化。启动试验结束时颗粒污泥直径多在1~3mm,部分粒径能够达到4~5mm。因此,通过调整运行条件可以实现IC在较短时间内完成启动和实现污泥的颗粒化,并且IC对污水中有机物有明显的去除效果。
The primary objective of this experiment is to shorten the start-up time of the IC reactor and explore the cultivation method of granular sludge in the IC reactor which has simple technology, high practicability and strong dependability. Influent of IC reactor was glucose synthetic wastewater. Through gradually increasing the influent organic concentration and flow, the operational parameters, influencing factors and the granular sludge's forming effects of IC reactor start-up process were studied. The results showed that, IC reactor was completed started-up at 72 d, in the 30 d forming granular sludge. In the end of the start-up experiment, The diameter of most Granular sludge was 1-3 mm, and some diameter to reach 4-5 mm. Therefore, start-up and granular sludge oflC reactor can be achieved by adjusting the operation conditions in a relatively short period of time, and IC reactor was favorable to the removal of organic of waste water.
