摘要
啮合特性是衡量啮合副好坏的重要指标。分析了单螺杆压缩机啮合原理,研究了啮合副必须满足的3个特性:气密性;齿面特性;加工工艺性。对设计单螺杆压缩机啮合副有一定的参考价值。
The meshing characteristic is an important index for judging the meshing pairs good or bad. This paper analyzed the meshing principle of the single screw compressor. Three important characteristics of the meshing pair：the airproof, tooth surface characteristics and the machining technology are analyzed researched. This has a certain reference value for the design of the meshing pair on the single screw compressor.
