Determination of Toxic Peptides in Amanita virosa and Amanita verna

报道了用反相高效液相色谱法分离测定不同地区的鳞柄白毒伞和白毒伞的鹅膏多肽毒素。

The toxic peptides in Amanita virosa and Amanita verna from various egion were analyzed by a reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography. It is showed that there were great differences in the concentrations of toxic peptides between species and strains of A. virosa and A. verna. 
