摘要
研究了三乙醇胺、丙三醇和木钙三种物质在不同时间和不同掺量下对矿渣的助磨作用,并做了50%矿渣粉+50%硅酸盐水泥配制的矿渣水泥的性能测试。试验结果表明:三类物质都有良好的助磨效果,能够显著降低筛余,增大比表面积,并增加3~30μm颗粒含量。考虑粉磨效果和经济成本,确定三乙醇胺、丙三醇和木钙的最佳掺量分别为0.06%、0.04%和0.1%。
The effects of triethanolamine, glycerol and calcium lignosulfonate with different content as grinding aids on slag grinding process were studied at different time. The properties of slag cement with 50% slag powder and 50% Portland cement was tested. The results showed that the three types of grinding aids had good effect, and could reduce the slag fineness significantly and the content of the particles with diameter at 3-30μm increased. Considering the effect and economic cost of grinding, the best content of triethanolamine, glycerol, calcium lignosulfonate was 0.06%, 0.04%, 0.1% separately.
