摘要
对以(NH4)2WO4为钨源合成的W-HMS分子筛为催化剂,过氧化氢为氧化剂,环戊烯(CPE)合成戊二醛的多相催化反应进行了研究,考察反应时间、反应温度、催化剂用量、溶剂种类和用量以及氧化剂浓度等因素对戊二醛收率的影响。在最佳工艺条件:n(H2O2):n(W):n(CPE)=2:0.04:1,V(t-BuOH)/V(CPE)=8.75,反应温度35℃,反应时间28h下,环戊烯转化率达99.99%,戊二醛的收率最高可达78%。
Using W-HMS molecular sieve synthesized from the tungsten source of (NH4)2WO4 as catalyst and hydrogen peroxide as oxidan4 the effects of reaction time, temperature, dosage of catalyst, solvent type and volume, and oxidant concentration on the catalytic oxidation of cyclopentene(CPE) to glutaraldehyde were investigated. Under the optimized reaction conditions: n(H2O)/n(W)/n(CPE)=2/ 0.04/1, V (t-BuOH)/V (CPE)--8.75, reaction temperature 35℃, and reaction time 28 h, the highest yield of glutaraldehyde could reached 78% with a cyclopentene conversion of 99.99%.
