摘要
使用共沉淀法分别制得镁铝水滑石固载MnO4-、Cr2O72-催化剂HT-MnO4-、HT-Cr2O72-和IO4-柱撑型催化剂HT-IO4-,并在温和条件下用于以分子氧为氧化剂的醇类催化液相氧化反应,结果表明HT-MnO4-、HT-Cr2O72-催化剂可以在温和条件下实现醇类化合物(苯甲醇、对甲氧基苯甲醇、2-吡啶甲醇、肉桂醇、苯乙醇)的高选择性氧化转化。XRD表征给出水滑石经过MnO4-、Cr2O72-阴离子交换以后,X射线衍射峰中最强峰对应晶面的平均粒径减小,但结构仍然完整;XPS表征表明HT-MnO4-、HT-Cr2O72-中Mn、Cr的结合能较之KMnO4、K2Cr2O7中Mn、Cr的结合能有所降低。
Mg-Al hydrotalcite-supported MnO4-, Cr2O7^3- and IO4-catalysts (named HT-MnO4, HT-Cr2O7^3 and HT-IO4, respectively) were prepared by eoprecipitation method and subjected to liquid-phase oxidation of alcohols (benzyl alcohol, p-methoxybenzyl alcohol, cinnamon alcohol, and 2-phenylethyanol) in the presence of molecular oxygen under mild conditions. HT-MnO4 and HT-Cr2O7^3- showed high catalytic activity for the oxidation of alcohols and had high selectivity to corresponding aldehydes. XRD indicated that the average particle size of the crystal plane corresponding to the most intense peak decreased for the hydrotalcites exchanged with MnO4 or Cr2O7^2- anions, but the structure of hydrotalcite unchanged. XPS indicated that the binding energy of Cr and Mn in HT- MnO4- and HT-Cr2O7^2- decreased in comparison with Cr and Mn in potassium hypermanganate and potassium dichromate.
