由四川天一科技股份有限公司提供技术并承担全部工程设计的河北金牛旭阳化工有限公司20万t/a甲醇装置,自开车投产运行至今,安全稳定,效果良好。本装置充分借鉴和吸收了国内已运行的多套甲醇装置的经验和教训,进行了有针对性的改进和优化,具有工艺先进、技术成熟可靠、能耗低、三废少、产品质量高、连续运转周期长等特点,是到目前为止运行效果最好的一套焦炉气制甲醇装置。

The trial running results of the 200kt/a coke oven gas mathanol synthesis unit of Hebei Jinniu Xuyang Company were introduced. This unit was designed by Siehuan Tianyi Science and Technology Company. Through learning from the merits and demerits of other units, great improvement and optimization have been made in the design, which made it be technically advanced and reliable with low energy consumption, low emissions, high product quality, and long continuous operation period. The trial run proved the unit to be secured, stable and high effective, and the results were the best in the existing coke oven gas mathanol synthesis units.
