云南省少数民族地区义务教育发展的问题研究

A Research on the Development of Compulsory Education in the Minority Concentrated Regions of Yunnan Province

2007年云南省有120个县市区实现"普九",人口覆盖率提高到90%以上,129个县市区全部实现"扫盲",到2010年,全省129个县市区全部实现"普九"。为尽早普及云南少数民族地区的义务教育,积极推进少数民族地区义务教育科学发展、全面发展,必须深刻解析云南省少数民族地区义务教育发展过程中所存在的实际问题及困难。

120 counties of Yunnan province have beening popularized compulsory education in 2007 with coverage of population increasing to more than 90%, and 129 counties in Yunnan province have beening eliminated illiteracy fullly. All the counties in Yunnan province are going to popularize compulsory education completely. In order to popularized compulsory education in ethnic minority areas in Yunnan province, to promote scientific and comprehensive development of compulsory education in ethnic minority areas actively, we would resolve the practical problems and difficulties of compulsory education development in ethnic minority areas in Yunnan Province profoundly.
