低碳经济发展趋势与石油公司的对策

Trends of Low Carbon Economy and Strategies of Oil Companies

以"低能耗、低排放、低污染"为主要特征的低碳经济涉及节能减排、能源结构调整、产业升级、公众意识与消费模式转变等多方面重要的问题,已成为世界经济发展的一大潮流。该文在分析当前世界各国,特别是不同的利益集团发展低碳经济的动向、趋势以及我国采取的政策措施的同时,还介绍了国际大型跨国石油公司应对低碳经济的思路、对策和举措,并就中国石油集团如何发展低碳经济提出了相关建议。

The low carbon economy characterized by low energy consumption,low emission and low pollution involves many important issues in various aspects such as energy conservation and emission reduction,energy structure adjustment,industrial structure update,transformation of public awareness and consumption mode.The low carbon development has become a significant trend of global economy.In this paper,the action and trend of low carbon economy in different countries and different interest groups in particular are analyzed.The policy measures taken by Chinese government are also analyzed.In addition,the thoughts,strategies and actions of the international oil companies in response of the low carbon economy are introduced.Finally,low carbon development suggestions are proposed to the China National Petroleum Corporation.
