Strategies of Oil Companies in Development of Low Carbon Economy

本文分析了低碳经济的发展理念、我国能源资源禀赋以及能源消费结构和消费效率对低碳经济发展的制约等一系列问题;结合石油企业的实际生产发展情况,提出了当前传统油气产业发展低碳经济的基本思路和技术路线,并对低碳经济模式下新兴能源产业的发展进行了探讨。

This paper analyzes the concept of low carbon economy and the energy resource endowments of China.The structure and efficiency of energy consumption and their constraint to the development of low carbon economy are studied.Combining with the practice of Chinese oil companies,the basic strategies and technological routes are presented and the development of new energy industry under low carbon economy is discussed.
