摘要
本文对ZTA7铸造钛合金材料在铸造状态和不同后处理状态下的性能和微观组织进行了试验研究。试验结果表明,该合金在铸造状态下,存在一定的铸造残余拉应力,但经热处理或热等静压后,力学性能有所提高,力学性能数据分散度有所降低。
The microstructures and mechanical properties of cast titanium alloy ZTA7 under different conditions have been studled. The results show that some pull stress was existed in ZTA7 alloy castings, but the properties of ZTA7 alloy castings was improved and the scattering degree of mechanical properties datum was reduced after heat treatment or HIP.
