摘要
二手房价格评估是当前房市场中一个有待解决的突出问题。将模糊数学理论引入二手房价格评估中,建立二手房的模糊综合评估模型,同时结合实例进行计算,结果表明该模型与实际情况相符,可为政府制定政策、开发商决策和消费者购房等提供可借鉴和参考的分析方法和工具。
Evaluation of the price of the second - hand house is an outstanding problem in the second - hand house market. The paper introduces the fuzzy mathematical theory into the evaluation of the price of the second - hand house to set up the fuzzy synthetic evaluation model of the price of the second - hand house. Results of calculation show that the model is consistent with the actual situation, so it can provide reference for government policy - making, developers and consumers buying house.
