民族地区高师院校图书馆建设探析——以柳州师专图书馆建设为例

An Analysis of Library Construction of Teachers Colleges in Minority Areas——Taking Library of Liuzhou Teachers College for Example

打造民族地区高师院校图书馆建设的特色或品牌,关键在于图书馆建设的定位。通过对柳州师专图书馆建设的分析,认为民族地区高师院校图书馆建设的定位应突出其民族性、彰显师范性和强化职业性,在全面整合现有资源的基础上,全力收集、挖掘、整理民族地区的文化资源,全方位拓展新资源。同时,要注重图书馆的团队建设,将图书馆中具有不同技能的工作人员有机的结合起来,形成优势互补、团结协作、和谐共处的良好局面,为共同的责任、统一的目标而奋斗。

The key to build the features or brand of library construction of teachers colleges in minority areas lies in library construc- tion orientation. Through the analysis of library construction of Liuzhou Teachers College, this paper holds that the orientation of library construction of teachers colleges in minority areas should focus on national character, highlighting teachers training and strengthening voca- tional features, and on basis of the comprehensive integration of existing/esources, should fully collect and mine the cultural resources in ethnic regions and attain an all -round expansion of new resources. At the same time,the library~ team -building must be strengthened by uniting organically the library staff with different skills, and forming a good situation of complementary advantages, cooperating and harmon- ic, to work for the common responsibility and unified goal.
