2007年12月,长株潭两型社会综合配套改革试验区设立,为湖南省实现又好又快发展提供了重要机遇。在新的历史起点,长株潭综合配套改革试验区要按照"两型社会"建设的要求,立足于现实需要,准确定位,充分发挥自身优势,走出一条经济、社会与资源环境全面协调可持续发展的道路。
2007 saw the establishment of an experimental zone for ＂the two-oriented society＂ contruction in Changzhutan Urban Group, which paves the way for a good and speedy development of Hunan Province. Based on the requivements of ＂the two-oriented society＂ and the current situation. Changzhutan Urban Group should have an exact orientation and make full use of its own resources to ensure the sustainable development of economy, society and environment.
