整体护理到位管理

Strengthening the Management of the Holistic Nursing Care

为保证整体护理功能到位，针对护理薄弱环节，采取建立病人入院处置登记簿、病人检查单执行登记簿、护嘱执行登记簿，制定健康宣教制度，改进PIO护理记录方式，使入院介绍率由过去的66．8％提高到100％；基础护理合格率由过去的76％上升至92％;病人对模式病房的护理工作满意度从85％提高到95％～97％，提高了护理质量.

In order to ensure that the function of the holistic nursing care could he completed, the following measureswere implemented, including setting up the inpatients' treatment register, patient's check bill execution register and nursing orders' execution register, drawing up the health propaganda and education syslem, and improving the recording styleof PIO nursing. Tile admission guiding rate and the fundamental nursing yield were increased from 66. 8 % to 100% orfrom 76 % to 92 % respectively. The satisfactory degree of the patients to the nursing care in the model wards was raisedfrom 85 % to 95 %-97 %, and file nursing qualities improved.
