摘要
通过问卷方式,调查住院病人对实施整体护理前后护士的服务态度、宣教工作、处理问题及时性、经常巡视病房和操作技术5个项目的满意度。结果:开展整体护理后,病人对前4项的满意度显著上升(x2=6.03、14.28、9.98、10.40,P<0.05、0.001、0.01、0.01);第5项无显著变化(x2=3.62,P>0.05)。本调查提示开展整体护理能提高病人对护理工作的满意度,有利于提高护理质量。
By using questionnaire, the in-patients' satisfactory degree to the nurses was studied before and after theholistic nursing care in the 5 aspects including the service, propaganda. timeliness of resolving the problems, ward inspection and operating skills. The results showed that the in-Patients' satisfactory degree to the nurses in the former 4 aspectswas obviously increased (x2= 6. 03. 14 .28. 9. 98. 10. 40, P<0.05. 0.001.0.01 .0.01, respectively). No significant difference was found in the sib aspects (operating skills) (f = 3. 62, P >0. 05). It was suggested that the holisticnursing care can increase the patients' satisfactory degree to the nursing care and is helpful to improve the nursing carequality.
