摘要
师源性心理障碍是指由于教师教育行为不当导致学生产生各种心理问题或心理疾病,其表现形式有多种,产生师源性学生心理障碍的原因有教师自身因素也有教育环境因素,因此,减少师源性伤害的措施应该兼顾内外双方面因素。
the teacher-originated psychological obstacle means that the students’mental health problems or diseases are caused by teachers’ wrong educational behaviors. It represents variously,and the causes of the teacher-originated psychological obstacle consist both teachers’own factors and educational environment factors,Therefore,the corresponding countermeasures to lessen it should be based on outside and inside factors.
