摘要
目前高校在管理资产过程中存在诸多的问题,高校应加强资产管理水平,防止高校国有资产流失、提高高校资产的经济和社会效益。
The paper introduces the present situation of property management in universities,sums up some problems existing in the process of managing university properly and also puts forward some practical measures for improvement. Therefore,the paper is of vital significance for improving property management levels,avoiding the loss of national assets and heightening the economic and social influence of property management in universities.
