不同靶浓度瑞芬太尼对全麻苏醒拔管期血流动力学的影响 被引量:2

摘要 气管拔管过程中血流动力学变化较大,如何减轻气管拔管时的心血管反应,一直是麻醉医师所关心的问题。瑞芬太尼因起效快、半衰期短、在体内无蓄积以及对肝肾功能影响小等优点,近年来引起人们广泛关注。本次研究旨在探讨瑞芬太尼靶控输注(target controlled infusion,TCI)控制拔管期心血管反应的最佳血浆靶浓度。报道如下。
