自我效能增强干预对膀胱癌术后患者膀胱灌注的依从性影响

Effect of enhanced self-efficacy intervention on compliance of bladder instillation after bladder cancer operation

目的探讨自我效能增强干预对膀胱癌术后患者膀胱灌注依从性的影响。方法2006年8月至2007年7月膀胱癌术后患者34例为对照组,2007年8月至2008年7月膀胱癌术后患者36例为观察组。对照组采用常规治疗护理,观察组除常规治疗护理外,实施自我效能增强干预。分别对两组患者于入院时、膀胱灌注治疗1年后进行自我效能、遵医行为调查。结果膀胱灌注治疗1年后自我效能评分观察组为(34.23±2.35)分、对照组为(30.69±2.39)分,经比较,t=6.24,P<0.05;患者的膀胱灌注治疗依从性观察组明显高于对照组,经比较,x2CHM=11.02,P<0.01,膀胱灌注完成数观察组为94%、对照组为53%,x2CHM=15.76,P<0.01;膀胱癌复发率观察组为6%、对照组为24%,x2CHM=4.614,P<0.05。结论自我效能增强干预可以提高膀胱癌术后患者膀胱灌注治疗的依从性。

Objective To study the effect of enhanced self-efficacy intervention on compliance of bladder instillation after bladder cancer operation.Method 34 patients after bladder cancer operation from Aug.2006 to July 2007 are in control group.36 patients after bladder cancer operation from Aug.2007 to July 2008 are in observation group.Patients in control group receive routine nursing care.Patients in observation group receive routine nursing care and enhanced self-efficacy intervention.Investigate the self-efficacy compliance of the two groups at admission and 1 year after bladder instillation treatment.Result One year after bladder instillation treatment,the score of self-efficacy is（34.23±2.35） in observation group and（30.69±2.39） in control group,t=6.24,P0.05.Patients＇ compliance of bladder instillation is obviously higher in observation group than in control group,x2CHM=11.02,P0.01.Completion rate of bladder instillation is 94% in observation group and 53% in control group,x2CHM=15.76,P0.01.Rate of bladder cancer recurrence is 6% in observation group and 24% in control group,x2CHM=4.614,P0.05.Conclusion Self-efficacy intervention can improve patients＇ compliance of bladder instillation treatment after bladder cancer operation.
