1207例Ⅲ型前列腺炎支原体检测结果及药敏分析

Detection of Mycoplasma in 1207 Patients of Type Ⅲ Prostatitis and Its Drug Susceptibility Analysis

【目的】了解Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者前列腺液支原体感染及药敏情况，通过分析药敏试验结果提供临床用药依据。【方法】收集Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者前列腺液标本培养和药敏结果，并对结果进行统计分析。【结果】1207例患者中232例（19．2％）培养出支原体，解脲支原体（Uu）阳性204例（占16．9％），高于人型支原体（Mh）阳性（28例，2．3%）。交沙霉素、美满霉素、多西环素耐药率最低，大环内酯类对Uu和Mh的耐药有差异。【结论】Ⅲ型前列腺炎支原体感染率高，推荐四环素类或大环内酯类治疗。

[Objective]To investigate the infection rate of mycoplasma in prostatic secretion（EPS） of patients of type Ⅲ prostatitis and to provide the basis of clinical medication by drug susceptibility analysis. [Methods] EPS was cultured and antibiotic susceptibility test was underwent, then the results were analyzed statistically. [Results] Mycoplasma was positive in 232 specimens（232/1207, 19.2%） and mycoplasma urealytium（Uu） was positive in 204 specimens（204/1207, 16.9%） which was higher than the positive rate of mycoplasma hominis （Mh） （28/1207, 2.3%）. The drug resistance to josamycin, minoeycline and doxycycline was the lowest, and there was significant difference in the drug resistance to macrolides between Uu and Mh. [Conclusion] The infection rate of myeoplasma in patients of type Ⅲ prostatitis is high. Tetracycline or macrolides is commended for the treatment of type Ⅲ prostatitis.
