摘要
【目的】对超声引导下微波消融治疗小肝癌的疗效进行研究。【方法】应用超声引导微波消融治疗32例小肝癌患者,共计42个癌结节,1月后应用超声造影检查。【结果】所有病倒治疗后1月超声造影,42个肿块中,其中35个肿块内血流消失,各个时相呈无回声增强。7例肿块内血流减少,未灭活部分动脉相高回声增强,门脉相及延迟相低回声增强,灭活部分各时相无增强。病人治疗后全身情况好转,症状减轻或消失,AFP和肝功能好转,未发生严重并发症。【结论】超声弓1导微波治疗对小肝癌的治疗有较好的疗效,安全实用。
[Objective]To study the curative effect of ultrasonic-guided percutaneous microwave coagulation therapy(PMCT) for the treatment of small liver cancer. [Methods]With the ultrasound guidance, 32 patients with small liver cancer(42 nodes)underwent PMCT. Contrast-enhanced ultrasonography was applied after 1 month. [Results] One month after PMCT, 42 nodes were observed with contrast- enhanced ultrasonography. The blood flow of tumors in 35 nodes disappeared. There was no enhancement in the tumors at all phases. Blood flow was decreased in 7 nodes. There was no enhancement in the inactivation part of tumors. High echo enhancement was present in activation part of tumors at arterial phase. Low-echo enhancement appeared at portal phase and delay phase. All patients were in a good condition. They showed relief or disappearance of symptoms, the improvement in AFP and liver function. And there was no severe complication. [Conclusion] Ultrasonic-guided PMCT is a safe, effective and practical method for small liver cancer.
