骨髓基质细胞成骨诱导过程中细胞因子及细胞外基质蛋白作用的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 目前,在骨组织工程研究中.各种细胞因子被广泛应用于促进骨髓基质细胞(Bonemarrowstemcells,BMSCs)的增殖、分化以及诱导中。细胞因子的家族成员种类繁多,各自的功能也较复杂,而且彼此之间还存在着协同或拮抗的作用。如何更好地应用这些诱导物质,促进BMSCs向成骨细胞分化.本文就该问题综述如下。
