荧光素酶报告基因在干细胞体内示踪研究中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 活体生物发光技术是一种新兴的成像技术.是利用荧光素酶在活体内的可检测性、可视性和持续表达性,以暗视野CCDm(Charge—coupleddevice,电荷偶联设备)相机系统为基础的一种成像技术,它能有效地对报告基因标记的实验对象进行实时、原位的观测,可在完整的体内环境中快速获得时间、空间的信息。生物发光技术具有非侵入性,可以减少实验动物的数量,减少动物个体差异对实验数据的影响.
