摘要
采用正交试验法,对大蓟炭的炮制工艺进行优选。结果表明,大蓟炭的最佳炮制工艺为220℃炒10min,该炮制品的多种宏量及微量元素含量明显升高。
The technology of processing carbonized Cirsium japonicum was selected by using orthogonal experiment design. The result shows that the best way is to bake of 10 min at 220℃ . The contents of macro and trace elements in the prepared pieces significantly increased.
